In this video, Brooke Amelia Peterson, who filmed a video of the iPhone X before its initial release, reveals that her dad had been fired for letting her use the footage. Peterson's father was a radio frequency engineer at Apple. She filmed the iPhone X in the Apple cafeteria, in the open, yet no one said a word. Then the video went viral and the company told her to remove it, which she did, but her father was still canned.
"It was an innocent mistake," Peterson pleads. She goes on to say, "At the end of the day, if you work for Apple, it doesn't matter how good of a person you are. If you break a rule, they just have no tolerance."
So what do you think? Is Apple right? Or are they completely overreacting?
