According to a survey of 1,000 people, 57 percent of the people who slept naked reported being happy in their relationship. This was comparison to the 48 percent of those who wore pajamas to bed, 3 percent of nightie wearers, and 38 percent of those who sleep in onesies. Do people still wear onesies to bed? I don’t believe it!
They key to connecting with your partner is skin-on-skin contact. Sleeping naked together triggers the release of oxytocin. As a result you will not only feel happier but you’ll also feel much more connected to your other half.

If you don’t wear any pjs, then you won’t have to wash any pjs. You’ll have less clothes to wash and you’ll never worry about rushing to do another load because all of your pajamas are dirty. You may need to wash your sheets more, but you should be doing that anyway.
If it’s your day off and you get up and hang in your pajamas all day, you may never leave the house. You will also feel dirty and sluggish, wearing the same clothes you slept in. Having no pajamas will force you to put on some cuter clothes. Even if you lounge in workout clothes, you’ll feel better and you will be more likely to go out.
Sleeping naked with your significant other can improve your sex life. Skin-on-skin contact can be just the thing you both need to get your guys in the mood. Once you release that oxytocin, you won’t be able to keep your hands off of your partner.
It may feel better in general to sleep naked, but it is also better for your body. Your private parts, armpits, and feet are restricted all day and covered by multiple layers. Give your body a chance to breath and air out.

This can lead to anxiety, cravings for unhealthy foods and weight gain. Sleeping naked will keep your temperature down so your body can produce and regulate cortisol.
The cooler sleeping conditions allow the family jewels to stay cool. This will keep the sperm healthy and help them function normally. For women, cooler conditions will prevent yeast infections because yeast grows in warm conditions.
