While you might think all the early pairs of Levi's have vanished, this is not the case. In the 1990s, this pair of jeans was discovered in a Nevada mine shaft. After examining the jeans, the folks at Levi's estimated that these pants were originally from 1880. When the jeans went up for auction, Levi's purchased them back for a cool $50,000.
