19-year-old Senegalese model Khoudia Diop is taking the internet and modeling world by storm. It's hard to believe someone so gorgeous could've been bullied for her looks, but Diop the "Melanin Goddess" was made fun of for her skin tone. 

Diop is based in Paris, and has an Instagram following of almost 300,000. Her pictures show her gorgeous smile and various modeling pictures. I mean, SHE IS STUNNING.

"I was teased a lot growing up, because of my skin tone," Diop said. 

Diop continued, "And now even online sometimes, people will make comments. Growing up, I faced it by confronting the bullies. As I grew, I learned to love myself more every day, and not pay attention to the negative people."

Diop has been modeling since she was 17 years old. She wrote, "If you’re lucky enough to be different, don’t ever change."

Diop explained, "They nicknamed me darky, daughter of the night."

Diop's goal is to spread love and hope: "The message I have for my sisters is that how you look doesn't matter as long as you feel beautiful inside."

"One of my goals is to make all my dark-skinned sisters out there laugh at those with their 'beauty standards.'"

Diop is truly beautiful, inside and out. It's incredible she's using her voice to stand up against people who can be insufferably close-minded.

The support and love on Diop's comment section on her Instagram is enough to see what a positive influence she is to the world.
