Christopher Cooper is a dad in England who was worried about the safety of his children. In March, he shared a Facebook post about how his son Braiden (9) and daughter Millie (11) were physically abused by a bully. The post was shared over 200,000 times.
Cooper also said the bully and his gang "threw Millie to the floor and then stood around her kicking her in the ribs." And that when Millie took off her glasses, the bully ordered a younger child to break them. (Millie is pictured here.)
Naturally, Cooper took this matter to the police. However, the police told him this was a school matter, even though the abuse was taking place off campus. Cooper said the school only took action by calling the bully's parents, but this was clearly not working.
How is Cooper moving on from this? He decided to launch a support group, Bikers Against Bullies. Though not limited to just bikers, Cooper said, "The aim is to create awareness surrounding bullying and offer support to victims and their families. Our children deserve to be safe, and to be empowered and to live their lives without fear."
