These two could be twins. It's crazy how similar they look in the face, and even this older picture of him looks like a younger version of The Rock as well. Reed is the great nephew of Johnson's grandfather, who was the real-life inspiration for his character in Moana.
They don't just share a striking similarity in the face. The two are also nearly physically identical in every way. Hard to believe, but this guy is almost as freakishly muscular as the most electrifying man in all of entertainment.
While blessed with the same genes, Reed's physique doesn't come without a lot of hard work. He lives and eats similarly to Johnson. And judging by this picture, that also includes the legendary cheat meals.
These two would be an amazing tag team. They even seem to be aging identically. Reed looks like he's gone through the same evolution as his famous cousin. It makes sense that he looks and dresses like him: he's often his on-screen stunt double.
Reed didn't get into stunt work because he had a famous relative. He's been at it for years. He was a stunt man on the film Water World all the way back in 1995. He didn't start acting as his cousin's stunt double until The Scorpion King in 2002.
He's also been featured more prominently onscreen as well. He was an American Gladiator named "Toa" in the 2008 reboot. Fun fact: he worked with another famous wrestler on this show, as it was hosted by Hulk Hogan.
Hanging out with major celebrities sounds like a glamorous life, doesn't it? Don't forget that he's a stunt man. It's not easy work, and has resulted in dozens of scrapes, scratches, bumps and bruises over the years.
He's also been hurt much worse. One of his more serious injuries occurred while doing stunt work on The Rock's 2003 film The Rundown. During a sequence where he tumbled down a cliff side he wound up shattering his ankle.
So after taking all this punishment on the job, did he quit? Let me answer that question with another question. Does this look like a guy who's going to let some minor (and a few major) injuries stop him from doing what he loves?
And here's their son, Samson. He's a prodigy at football and recently accepted an offer to play at the University of Virginia. This should come as no surprise, as his entire family tree is full of badasses.
As you can see, Reed will once again act as the Rock's stunt double. Here he is having fun on the set of the upcoming Jumanji, along with Kevin Hart's stunt double. His career has been amazing, and it doesn't seem like it will slow down any time soon.
