It's normal to go through an icky phase. You know, when everything looks bad and you're bored with your look. Usually, when this happens, the first thing we do is head to our hairdresser to change up our hair. Now, for some people, a hair makeover means cutting 5 whole inches off the end or add a few low lights to the top. But, one hairdresser is proving that hair transformations can be epic, especially when she uses Mother Nature as her inspiration. Ursula Goff is astonishing people on Instagram and giving us hair with a rainbow of colors.
Like this sunflower inspired hair uploaded by Goff on her Instagram account. Personally, I'm not a fan of sunflowers but this hair looks amazing. It's different but you could still walk into the office with that hair and not attract too much attention.
Less of an office look is this short do. Goff was inspired by a volcano and the sky around it for this look. It's amazing how she managed to incorporate all those different shades of clouds, sky, and volcanic rock in one do.
A sky full of stars is an incredible image in itself. Goff, inspired by this, has created a subtly different hairdo with shades of blacks, blues, and purples. It looks like such a romantic do, doesn't it?
Crystals can bear an incredible combination of colors but can you imagine trying to copy all of the different colors found in them? Well, Goff managed to do just this. Look at that hair. It's like she smashed crystals into this woman's hair and the color leaked out. That's how accurate the colors are.
This was not inspired by Mother Nature, you may say. Well, Van Gogh was inspired by nature to paint this masterpiece, no? And Goff is creating her own masterpiece by taking Van Gogh as her inspiration. Look, it's not the "meet his mother" hair or "the new job, new hair" look but it sure does the painting justice.
Here's another look inspired by crystals. It's incredible how detail-oriented Goff is. If you look closely, you'll realize this wasn't a simply dye job. You can see that there are different shades of blue.
I'm guessing this woman told Goff, "Give me the rainbow look and make it fiery!" This hair is on fire — literally. Would you wear your hair like this? I'm getting '80s music video vibes from this look.
if you're active on Instagram, then you know that people are flocking to Iceland to witness the Northern Lights. Well, with Goff's help, you don't have to wait for peak season to see these lights. You can just look in the mirror every day.
Subtle, sweet and a different kind of classic, this is how I would describe this rosy shade of hair. Even better, Goff has dyed this shade on someone who doesn't have blonde hair. This is a sign of hope for brunette girls who have been wanting the rose look for a while now.
Have you ever found an abalone shell at the beach when you were a kid? I remember thinking I had found a rare and expensive jewel. These shells are beautifully strange and Goff has done a great job in recreating the different colors found on these shells.
Let's call this the "I want to piss off my parents" hair, shall we? It's hard already to identify all of the different colors found in a black opal. And yet, Goff took the challenge to create hair inspired by the cacophony of colors found in this crystal.
