Want to make a Potato Bacon Cheddar Tart? Yeah, you heard me. It's easy to make. First take a standard sauté pan and grease it up with butter, oil or cooking spray. You can use a cooking spray to help cut calories but you are about to eat such an insane amount of bacon, so I am not sure that is going to help you that much.
Use parchment paper to help keep your bacon from sticking to the pan. You want the paper to line the bottom and the sides of the pan and the grease you used will help the parchment paper stay in place.
Time for bacon overload! You are going to use 2 pounds of bacon and you are going to line the pan with a single layer of bacon strips from the middle to the outside of the pan. Continue around the pan until the whole pan is lined with bacon. Make sure to alternate the sides of the bacon to even out the depth and so you don't wind up with a big fat mound in the center.
Now you will fold up all the pieces of the bacon to make a nice little tart. Because the bacon will shrink a little and curl when it cooks, put a weight on it. You can use a plate or a lid to help keep the bacon in place.
