This is the Voynich manuscript. Researchers believe it was written over five hundred years ago. They have not yet been able to translate it, because they have no idea what language it is in. It also features drawings of plants that are as of yet unknown to science. Weird!
Discovered in 1952 in Denmark, the Grauballe man is a well-preserved mummy found in a bog. The man lived around 55 BC and he is so well-preserved that he still has hair, fingernails and the remains of an ear-to-ear wound from when his throat was slit.
